Unique Methodology

The Tru Aim Methodology is an integral part of your transformation coaching program. These core pillars help bound the foundations of all our transformation programs: Discover, Align, and Integrate. 

 

  • Discover: This is the initial phase of the transformation journey where we work together to uncover your authentic self and the root causes of your imbalances. This is a time for introspection, where we use specially designed tools and exercises to help you identify limiting beliefs, unhealthy patterns, and untapped potential. It's an important first step towards understanding who you truly are, what your desires are, and what may be holding you back. During this phase, we'll also identify your specific goals that will guide the rest of the transformation journey.

  • Align: After gaining a clear understanding of your authentic self and the challenges you face; the next step is alignment. This phase involves aligning your daily actions, behaviors, and mindset with the true essence of who you are and your goals. Together, we'll develop strategies and behaviors that resonate with your authentic self and bring you closer to your desired outcomes. This alignment creates a harmonious balance between your internal environment (mind and spirit) and your external environment (actions and surroundings).

  • Integrate: This final stage is where the real transformation happens. In the Integrate phase, you'll start to incorporate new behaviors and mindsets into your everyday life. The focus is on making these changes a part of your routine, replacing old patterns and creating new habits that support your growth and development. This phase also includes strategies to help you maintain these changes over the long term and avoid slipping back into old habits. The integration is what ensures that your transformation is not just a temporary change, but a lasting evolution towards your best self.
